I woke up in a castle, medieval, to see an ocean's tide of serpents approaching, coiling around each other in hasty knots as they dashed their limbless bodies further and further against the ground with obvious frustration. They were like an ocean. A flowing black mass of fangs and death. I procrastinated in my castle as they approached, until they were almost there, then frantically fired impotent cannonballs into the indifferent horde. I gave up floors of the castle as a desperate and pointless fight ensued, and died on the balcony with the cannons.
This dream you had could represent feelings of being overwhelmed and powerless in the face of a challenging situation or obstacle in your waking life. The castle symbolizes a sense of security and protection, but it ultimately becomes a losing battle against the relentless tide of serpents. The serpents themselves may symbolize fears, anxieties, or negative emotions that you are struggling with.
The frustration and desperation you feel in the dream reflect your deep-seated concerns about the situation. The ineffective cannonballs and the act of giving up the floors of the castle speak to a sense of helplessness and the realization that your efforts may not be enough to overcome the obstacles you are facing.
Dying on the balcony with the cannons could represent a feeling of defeat or resignation. It suggests that you may feel overwhelmed by the challenges in your life and that your efforts to fight back or confront the situation are not yielding the desired results.
Overall, this dream may be a reflection of your subconscious worries, indicating that you are grappling with a difficult situation and feeling unable to find a satisfactory resolution. It may be a reminder to seek support or to consider alternative strategies in order to better cope with or overcome the challenges you are facing.
